My name is Bob Simpson I was born in North Devon and gained a first class honours degree in Physics from Bath University.

I have lived in Waine Close, Buckingham since 1999, and plan to concentrate on local domestic gas and other plumbing work, offering a first class professional service including evening and weekend appointments if required, whilst maintaining reasonable prices.

My first career was in Silicon Chip design for a variety of companies. Whilst this was successful, the electronics industry is very volatile, and redundancies are regular.

After 3 years of evening classes at Hammersmith college, I achieved the top grade in my City and Guilds plumbing craft certificate in 1989, and was Corgi registered in 1990 and for the following years.

I then returned to electronics when job stability was a priority due to family health issues, and we moved from Hertfordshire to Towcester.

I was made redundant again in the recent credit crunch, so have been re-instating my gas registration, now with gas-safe.

I completed my gas assessment and gas safe registration process resumed full time gas work in September 2009.
